Ted did a great job for us. He is very knowledgeable and was always glad to go the extra mile in selling our house. He held many open houses for our home during a rather slow market in our area, always eager to do what it took to find the right buyer for us. He then qualified our buyer and worked hard to get us across the finish line in spite of some complications that arose. I highly recommend Ted!

We had a great experience working with Ted through the home search and purchase process. He always made himself available to preview homes and give us an honest assessment, even when it meant him not making a sale. This was super helpful as we were not local. He reassured us several times that he would preview as many houses as necessary until we found the right one and he never made us feel like he was too busy. Ted went above and beyond to try to determine if there were any issues or repairs that would be needed with each house we considered and we found him very knowledgeable in this area. You will want a realtor like Ted when it comes to making an offer. He will do his research and advise you carefully on the right strategy. He isn’t the guy to be pushed around at the negotiating table either. He’s going to use his great people skills to get the deal done while representing your best interests the entire time. Ted was very adept at dealing with the home inspection report and made sure we got all the credits needed to make necessary repairs upon closing. He even helped us navigate the homeowners insurance quotes and getting utilities and pool maintenance set up! We would have been lost without him. Even after closing, he was around to help us with whatever we needed. He even brought a celebratory bottle of champagne which was so thoughtful. We can’t say enough good things about working with Ted. He is just a gem! Highly recommend!!!

Ted is nothing short of amazing! He helped me sell my dad's house through probate, which can be very confusing. Ted walked me through the process from start to finish. He kept in constant communication with me, especially since I live in another state and couldn't physically be there.
